About the system

Our Quickflow is a hardware and software system for customer flow management, services and queues. The system is easy to configure – any IT specialist or manager understanding the logic of service processes at the organization can take care of it, without programming skills.

Our Quickflow is based on almost 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of customer flow management systems. We use advanced web and mobile technologies.

How Quickflow works

Customer selects a service and appears in a virtual queue, with a physical paper ticket or a ticket in the mobile phone

Waiting to be called for servicing. The main display shows the called numbers, as well as Digital Signage content (pictures/videos)

The customer is called by the ticket number, and walks up to the service point

The operator starts servicing the customer

When the service is completed, the customer may be transferred to another operator, the ticket may be postponed/parked for some time. The system allows for the operator to enter the result of the service provided

Out-of-the-box solution for any company
The system is fully autonomous and is ready to use straight out of the box. In other words, you receive the ordered version, install it on the hardware, switch it on, make your own configuration, and it will start working. Any administrator able to operate a computer can easily configure the system according to the documentation. If necessary, we can provide system configuration serviecs according to your customer service processes.

Necessary functionality is included in the basic version
All the necessary functions are available already in the basic version of Quickflow. Upgrading with extra functions such as voice calling, appointment system and mobile ticket can be done “along the road” when the requirements of the organizations grows.
